Smoked Pork Loin

So for this beautiful cut of meat I used the trusty Masterbuilt 30inch electric smoker. I used an Apple Wood. 

1.Equipment for this smoke.

-Electric Smoker

-Apple wood chips

-Dry rub

-3lbs pork loin (trimmed) 

-1 Apples Ale beer

2.Prep - 30 minutes

-Start smoker and set to 235 degrees

-Rinse meat and pat dry

-Coat meat with Olive oil

-Apply dry rub generously to meat

-Let sit for 20 mins 

3.Cook Process- Cook meat until till meat reaches 165 degrees internal temperature

Once meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees remove meat and let sit for 15 minutes. 


Cut with sharp knife and serve.
